I will agree to keep this cat indoors only for the duration of its lifespan 
  I know that a cat can live to be 20 years old and I will commit to keeping this cat for its entire life
  I am at least 21 years of age
  I am working and am not a student
  I will be living full-time in the US for the next 20 years
  I am certain that my job will never relocate me outside of the US
  I have a valid California license or identification card with my name and current address
I understand that if I must return the cat for any reason the adoption fee is a non-refundable donation
