Cookie (DOB 8.18.24) came to her current foster extremely fearful of humans. After about 3-4 weeks of gentle love, patience, lots of treats and play sessions, she has really blossomed. Cookie is now very confident, active and needs lots of attention! She loves to play but REALLY loves to be pet. She’ll squeak for attention and roll all over the floor while you pet her. It took her a little bit longer than her sisters to really come out of her shell but once she did she turned out to be the friendliest of the bunch. She loves her sister and other cats as well and would do best in a home with another cat. Although, we would really love to see her be adopted with her sister Misty! Cookie has chronic weepy eyes due to a very common kitty virus called FVR. This will stay with her for life but as she ages flare ups could become less frequent. Keeping her eyes clean of any tears dripping is very important and she will need someone dedicated to doing that when needed. Please don’t let this scare you away as it is very easily managed and very common. Ask us for more info! 

Cookie will need a calm household with no young children or dogs. Calm, loving teenagers ok.
